Refund Policy

These policies apply to the Retreat full course & private stay and Self Treatment course. They also apply to the goods sold.If you have purchased some items and want to refund within 7 days from purchase date,

full refund is made on condition that the items and their package are just in the same condition as when they’re bought.If you have purchased some items and want to refund on or after 7 days from purchase date, no refund is made unless you’re delivered faulty goods.

We understand that for some reason you may not be able to attend the Retreat programs including ‘Self Treatment Course’. Cancellation or refund request can be made by emailing [email protected] Please note that the Retreat deposit is non-refundable unless cancellation is made 30 days or less prior to the Retreat start date.

If cancellation of attendance is advised less than 14 days from the retreat program start date, we may withhold 50% of the retreat cost unless that space can be filled with another full-paying client.

If cancellation is made within 3 days of the retreat program start, 100% of the retreat cost may be withheld unless that space can be filled with another full-paying client.If the retreat program is cancelled because of either the restrictions implemented by the Government or unexpected event at the Retreat, you will be able to transfer the booking to an alternative retreat or course date in the future, or receive a full refund.We recommend that all retreat clients have travel insurance for while they are on the Retreat.

If you need to leave once the retreat has started, for some reasons like illness, family issue, etc., bookings are non-cancellable and non-refundable. We therefore encourage you to have travel insurance, just in case.
