Korean Hand Therapy (KHT) theorizes that the hands are a micro-cosmos of the body.
According to KHT, there are 14 micro-meridians and 345 acupuncture points on each hand that regulate the internal organs. Thus the physiological function of the entire body can be improved by stimulating these points.
KHT originated in 1971 by a Korean acupuncturist Dr. Yoo. It has been researched by many acupuncturists, doctors, and other medical specialists, and adopted by many countries.
It is a unique scientific medical system that is quite simple to learn and easy to apply without any side effects or danger.
sore back, neck, shoulder, knee, wrist, elbow, hip, legs, sciatica, etc.
sprained joints like ankle or knee, sprained back, cramp, concussion, whiplash, etc.
depression, anxiety, etc.
stomach pain, nausea, stomach ulcer, vomiting, etc.
constipation, diarrhea, etc.
asthma, shortness of breath, etc.
endometriosis, period pain, infertility, urinary tract infection, etc.
palpitation, heart pain, etc.
premature ejaculation, prostate problem, etc.
migraine, trigeminal neuralgia, etc.
stroke, heart attack, etc.
KHT is for anyone whether he/she be an ordinary person or a practitioner as it’s been proven to be the best ‘Self Treatment method’ and the best ‘Single Teatment modality’ ever. What is the reason behind? Main reason is close neurological connection between hands and our brain. So stimulating hands is like stimulating brain which controls the whole system.
35 years of experience
35 years of teaching and practicing KHT.
KHT is from acupuncture. But most KHT teachers are not acupuncturists.
Don made course workbooks from 13 KHT books. They are informative, easy-to-follow, comprehensive, and useful.
Practically useful Information
The info Don teaches is practically useful as much of it is from Don’s unique experience at a cancer clinic in Korea and as an acupuncturist.
For those who have completed
8 hours of Basic course.
We are busy practitioners from Wellington. We wanted to learn a new skill to add to our range of services. So we attended a 6 day KHT Master course and had an intensive training from KHT’s master Don in a private setting.
Korean Hand Therapy is a great added skill for us as it is a very easy-to-apply therapy that is extremely effective. The principles align well with our naturopathic and herbal medicine training so despite the load of new information from Don’s years of experience we are integrating the learning nicely into our clinic environment. Don is hugely experienced and delivers his knowledge calmly and clearly. We would recommend any practitioner to reap the rewards of using the added therapy in your clinic and learn from the best. Many thanks again Don.
